The Screening Process

Our thermography screening process is designed to be simple, private, and thorough. Here's what to expect:

Step 4: in-Office Screening

Upon arrival, you will meet with our medical thermographer to review the screening process. The imaging takes place in a private, temperature-controlled room, with a curtain separating you from the thermographer for added privacy.

  •  You will disrobe as required for your specific screening type.
  •  A 15-minute acclimation period allows your body to adjust to the room temperature.
  •  Afterward, you will stand in front of the imaging system, and the relevant areas of your body will be scanned.
  •  The imaging process takes approximately 5–15 minutes, depending on the type of screening.

Step 5: Image Analysis by Thermologists

Following your appointment, the captured images are forwarded to our board-certified thermologists. Using a three-step analysis process, they prepare a detailed report, including your thermographic images. This report will be provided to you through a secure portal within 5–7 business days.

Step 6: Post Screening Consultation

Once you’ve received your thermogram report, a consultation will be scheduled. During this session, you’ll receive an in-depth explanation of the findings and images. Based on the thermographic results and recommendations from our Thermologists, you will schedule a follow-up comparison screening at 3, 6, or 12 months to monitor changes and establish a thermal baseline.
