April's journey into thermography began not as a career choice, but as a personal search for a different approach to breast health monitoring. Her path became unmistakably clear when two close friends, both in their early thirties, were diagnosed with breast cancer within months of each other. Experiencing this firsthand made April acutely aware of the limited options for breast imaging available to younger women. This experience inspired her mission to make thermography accessible to women of all ages as a routine breast health imaging tool.
As the founder of CT Thermography and a PACT-certified medical thermographer, April is committed to providing clients with education, individualized attention, and a thoughtful approach to thermographic imaging. Her background as a retired dental hygienist, including experience in holistic and biological dentistry, has shaped her whole-body approach to health and her appreciation for the connection between oral health, lifestyle, and overall wellness.
April is certified by the Professional Academy of Clinical Thermology (PACT), serves as a PACT board member, and is a professional member of Breast Thermography International (BTI).
Through her work at CT Thermography, April brings together her clinical background, thermography expertise, and passion for education to help individuals better understand their thermographic findings and make informed decisions about their ongoing health.
