The Screening Process

Step 4

Once in the office, you will meet with our Medical Thermographer to review the screening procedure. The imaging will take place in a private, temperature-controlled room with a curtain between you and the thermographer for additional privacy. You will disrobe according to the screening type and will be left for 15 minutes for the body to adjust and acclimate. Following the acclamation period, you will be positioned in front of the imaging system so that the relevant surfaces of the body are imaged accordingly. The imaging series takes between 5-15 minutes depending on the screening type.

Step 5

Following the screening appointment, the images are forwarded to our Board-Certified Thermologists for a three-step analyzation process. A detailed report, including thermographic images will be sent to you within 5-7 business days following the interpterion process.

Step 6

Once you have received the thermogram report, an in-depth online consultation is scheduled with the Medical Thermographer for a full understanding of the findings and images. Following the consultation, you will schedule a comparison screening either at 3, 6 or 12 months per the recommendation of the Thermologists and based on your thermographic findings.
